Once we had decided to go with your garden office company we were really impressed with the speed with which everything was organised. Donna, our project coordinator, spoke to us about what dates were feasible to start the work and then provided a schedule of works for our agreement.
Right from day one of the build things worked very smoothly. All the contractors that turned up on site, from the guys who dug the ground works to the carpenters were professional, courteous, conscientious and more than happy to talk you through what they were doing - which is important when you're spending so much money!
We have to admit we were sceptical about whether it was really feasible to stick to what looked a very tight timetable, but we were amazed by how quickly everything came together. We knew these type of builds were quick but the limited disruption and the speed of the build really was fantastic given we have two small children in the house. We were also really impressed with the support given by Donna who kept everything on track and kept us informed about what was going on. Inevitably there were a few minor issues as the build progressed, but everything was dealt with efficiently without any impact on the final completion date.
Our work was finished on schedule and has made a huge difference to our house and the way we use it. It's fantastic to have such a big space where the kids can play and we can entertain. In the summer being able to open our bi-folding doors out onto the garden has given us an amazing space that seemlessly links the inside to the outside."
