Building your new garden home or studio - what to expect

Building your new garden office or garden studio is a process that takes place with minimum disruption to your daily routine. But we're aware that any construction work causes some upheaval, so to reduce your stress levels, we hope the following will give you peace of mind.

We promise to start and finish on the agreed date, make just two deliveries to site and not increase the price of the project half way through.

Here's what you can expect whilst we're on site.

Week 1

The heavy work. We'll carry out all the digging and lay the foundations. We'll also put up the building shell and the roof.

Week 2

Time to get on with the interior. The cladding goes on; we undertake the initial electrics and do all the plastering.

Week 3

The things that make a house a home. The finishing touches, flooring, skirting, final electrics and decorating.
