Limited access to garden

You can most definitely have a Garden Studio built, even if there is limited access to your back garden. One of our experienced Surveyors will assess whether your access points are suitable during the site survey stage.

A lot of terraced houses have limited access to the garden. The good news is you can still have a Garden Lodge

What we do if you have limited access to your garden.

If you do have limited access and the only means of building your new Garden Room is bringing all materials through your home, there will be an additional cost to do so. The extra cost will be added to your itemised quotation and covers the special protection equipment we will use, as well as extra labour costs.

The only restrictions limited access presents when designing your new Garden Room, is that in most cases, bi-folding doors will be your only door option. This is because bi-folding doors are not welded together before transit and will be fitted on site, unlike cheaper UPVC doors.

We can help you to plan your ideal garden room, even if the access to your garden is restricted. Simply click here and book no obligation, site survey, and we will help you plan your ideal building, whilst taking the limitations of your garden into consideration.

The structurally insulated panels (SIPs) which we manufacture ourselves and use to construct the walls, floor and ceiling of our Garden Rooms, are around 1.2m wide and between 2.1-2.4m long, so they can fit through doorways easily.

Our expert construction teams look after all aspects of the build and we do not contract work out to anyone else, meaning we will know who is on site at all times. Please contact us to book in a site survey to find out if we can construct a Garden Room for you.
